Vista 3H Central Park, Seaford Heights

Community oasis of nature and inclusion

Greenery

We planted 4,000 plants across the entry and main reserve areas, creating a vibrant ecosystem and providing year-round visual interest.

There is 7,400 square metres of lush, green lawn spread across the entry and reserves and 1,700 square metres of beautifully landscaped garden areas for residents to enjoy.

There are also 132 advanced trees strategically placed across the entry and reserve areas, providing shade, improved air quality and contributing to the overall natural ambience of the space.

We have incorporated over 1,700 square metres of organic mulch throughout the reserve. This eco-friendly approach helps retain soil moisture, suppress weeds, and promote healthy plant growth.

To maintain the lush greenery year-round, we have constructed an advanced irrigation system. This ensures optimal water usage and keeps the reserve looking its best in all seasons.

Amenities

Two shelters have been installed, offering visitors protection from the elements and creating perfect spots for gatherings.

Children can explore and play on the state-of-the-art play equipment, fostering physical activity and social interaction.

We installed an accessible barbecue area, which ensures that everyone can enjoy outdoor cooking and dining experiences.
