Practical completion of Paech Basin, Mount Barker

We have reached the practical completion milestone for the beautiful Paech Basin in Lanser's Aston Hills, Mount Barker development. Now we are looking forward to maintaining this immaculate landscape for the next twelve months, watching the plants mature and witnessing both residents and wildlife enjoy the facility.

Our highly talented landscape team based in the GreenInc Adelaide Hills depot worked through winter on this project in challenging conditions and installed the finishing touches during spring, resulting in a flawless project outcome.

What is a basin?

In this context, a basin is a way to manage stormwater. Basins collect water and release it at a rate that prevents flooding or erosion. This is important for growing communities, where the need for diverting water increases.
