With a focus on the creation of ‘Green Spaces’, GreenInc offers services in Landscape Construction & Maintenance including establishing green environments, irrigation, planting, paving, construction, turf laying, street furniture, walkways, play spaces, decking, earthworks, excavation and retaining walls.
  
GreenInc is part of the Bedford Group, which grew out of Bedford's APG (Adelaide Property and Gardens) to provide a range of commercial landscape services and to provide a pathway to open employment for people with disability.

About the Role
  
As a growing landscape construction and maintenance business, GreenInc is looking for an experienced landscaper that has strong leadership skills to help set and maintain high standards on our project sites (depot is in Edinburgh North).
  
Reporting to a Landscape Project Manager and Operations Manager, Project Supervisors play a key role in the effective installation of commercial landscape projects in line with the project specifications and customer expectations.
  
Project Supervisors are important leaders that help motivate and develop those working around them, whilst supporting senior management to keep the projects that they work on track and within budget.
  
About You

You have extensive experience and have a combination of excellent people skills and technical skills, such as irrigation installation and/or landscape machine operation experience and want to join us to work on a range of exciting landscaping projects.
You are passionate in this industry and constantly seeking growth, development, and career progress for yourself and those working around you. 
  
Your skills and qualities will include:
  • Current unrestricted driver’s licence and white card (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of relevant landscaping experience, taking the lead on project sites and coordinating the work of others (mandatory)
  • Qualification in landscape or civil construction (desirable)
  • MR truck licence (desirable)
  • Excavator, and skid steer tickets (desirable)
  • Experience driving a manual vehicle and with a trailer (desirable)
You will also need to provide:
  • A National Police Clearance (no older than six months) prior to commencement
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia and 100 points of identification.
